Shared Services Provides Scalability Vital to XBE Growth

(November 16, 2021) Dobbins International, Inc. announced today it has entered a Strategic Alliance with The Plan Consulting Group to offer shared services to diverse owned businesses or XBEs through Centralized Shared Services LLC (CSS), a newly formed company.  CSS will assist XBE’s (women owned, minority owned, LGBTQ owned, Veteran Owned, Disabled Owned, Small Business Owned Enterprises) with growing their business as much as 10 times bigger and potentially 10 times faster to support the capacity demands of the largest companies in the world.

Centralized Shared Services provides XBEs the breadth, scope and expertise of world class service providers performing back of house functions such as Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, IT Support, Facilities & Real Estate and Risk Management on a fractional basis and at a fractional cost.

The company is currently rolling out the offering in NC, SC, and GA.  The company will operate across the United States expanding one state per month.
